Here are the rules:
Email your picks to me by the deadline. And/Or, post them on the Newsgroup (alt.autos.sport.nhra). I would prefer that you actually do BOTH. It is nice for them to be on the Newsgroup because that is where this game originates from. However, sometimes posts do get delayed and I can't be responsible for that. Likewise, sometimes email does not show up.
Classes: T/F, F/C, P/S Car & P/S Bike (where they run).
Events: The 24 NHRA National Events.
Deadline for picks: Thursday night at midnight prior to event (Occasionally Wednesday night if they run on Thursday).
Pick one driver for each of the classes.
Each driver can only be picked THREE TIMES during the season (by each player).
Points awarded by NHRA to each driver will be awarded to each player picking that driver.
The season will be divided into 2 "halves". The first half will be 12
events and the second half will be 12 events. There will be a first-half winner and overall champion.
Players (who play regularly) can earn 75 points for a missed event. They will be limited to 2 events per half-season.
